They only buy it by paying back costs AFAIK.
Its the way the Chinese government gets free exploration done.
Government companies have back in rights.
Foreigners come in and spend 100%.
You do not find anything, its all your cost you lose.
You find something then Chinese company can get 40% by paying back costs and thats it, thank you.
Free exploration, they only back in when something is found.
