potentially a billion dollar drug , but min 2 years of trials needed to get it there.
if you are prepared to wait it out and take on the risks of time and unsuccessful trials then 5x your investment is pretty good.
but others will want to use funds elsewhere and come back later , this is when the LT investor makes its name and buys off you today
