This is clearly not true. The SP was 70 plus cents in Feb 2023. This is when ECE Nolans (China) began thier exit from ARU on market. Then the shorters used that selling volume, the low NdPr prices and their manipulation techniques to push the SP down to 15 cents.
Come on @crazybull Try not to make such generalised comments.
