Dutton nuclear dream is far ahead. I believe nuclear is the cleanest one and as far as the base load as well. However, if it takes 15 years to build one and cost 8.5 billions plus the estimate cost blow up of the actual cost than we will be looking at 15billion dollar just for 1 large nuclear reactor ... It will be 2040.
To the US defence Australia is their domestic supply chain for rare earth in which they believe they will fully build their rare earth supply chain by 2027. That's just for their defence industry I believe...
