Rare Earths are still required for electric vehicles, wind turbines, advanced weapon technology etc. Nuclear won't somehow replace the components Rare Earths are required for.
Even if Nuclear somehow overtook green energy in this country, or lived side by side, we are talking about a process that won't be completed until 2050 etc. Who knows what the energy requirements or the world will even look like by then, let alone how far along Arafura will have come.
Just my opinion.
