Still very strong at $100 US/kg however you also need to factor in the barriers to entry.
These projects are not easy. They are in fact the most difficult, and take 10+ years to even get started. Each resource needs it's own chemistry developed to extract the minerals.
So it is not as simple as what a breakeven + adequate IRR or NPV comes to. It needs to be an outstanding resource of compelling economics (like ARU's Nolans bore).
