Hello folks!
I'm a small retail investor in NST (sector bet) and am basically trying to work out how to value gold companies reasonably.
I've heard a lot of people saying that Mid and large cap gold miners are currently undervalued.
What sort of PE ratio do gold producers usually trade on? Obviously it also depends on reserves. It would be normal for a company to mine maybe 1/20 of its reserves?
What DCR is usually used with Gold producers to value them?
Obviously so many other variables, but trying to work out how to get ballpark figures.
