    I would prefer them to use the $45 million per annum in profits for a sustained buyback.

    It trades at a PE of 5x. Thats a company that has $120M in cash and a market cap of $240M!!!

    There could be no better use of free cash flow than buying operating business trading at a PE of 2.2X

    It has zero corporate debt. The board should be thinking about acquisitions. Grimshaw has a risk taking mindset and I would not be at all surprised if he pushes this strategy.
