I doubt the provision of 12 Mill is enough. SCMC have claimed 34 Mill I believe. Add to that the legal fees we’ll be hit with defending.
An never ending line of “unforeseen” expenses. So, assuming we pay out the claim 12 mill + notes approx 56 mill, that 68 mill gone.
