Hey Squizz,
Directors have an obligation to represent the best interests of all shareholders. Whilst ASIC will do sweet FA, I expect we as shareholders can agitate for transparency and expose potential Director conflicts if/where they exist.
Happy to contribute to this, I've had a gutful of this company and it's lack of transparency and accountability.
