FWIW Blue Ocean Equities has a buy recommendation with a target of $0.67 (strategic target is $1.00). Their forecast EPS for 2020 is $0.209 - if this eventuates the stock will likely not trade below $2 and I would suggest $3 is not out of the question. Huge takeover target for the disbursement funding business in the next few years I reckon too.
