I believe Condooringie is going to be a fantastic cash cow producing a 50:50 kaolin/halloysite blend that will sell for $3000/t. JM talks about producing a 90% pure halloysite from Condooringie which sells for $5000/t. The markets will continue to develop for this product and JM believes there is no other location outside of the Eyre Peninsular that can deliver halloysite on a large, commercial scale.
Where else can you find a product that sells for that much with an AISC of <$400/t.
This is a staggering opportunity lost on the market because, as Matt Gordon himself admits, who knows anything about halloysite?
The answer is: "We do!"
