    VP-001 pre-clinical IP value box = US$100m license deal for a region

    ignoring whether they get this upfront or per milestone, assume:

    US $150k treatment price = 667 treatments to recover license costs

    Depending on the geographic catchment, someone like Roche has the potential to cost recover in the first launch year, and derives profits annually thereafter

    the more milestones to de-risk, the dearer the license cost will be per region. Bring on HREC/first dose!
