Last cap raise at 17c was just after the shares tipped 20.5c and were 19c.
so, no premium.
BUT
I do believe a BD deal is the most likely scenario. Someone will want to get a piece of this pie before it is so much more expensive. First dose will see a few circle and get interested, not that we will see them.
