From what I can gather, the patent relating to PYC-001 (for ADOA) has a priority date of October 2020, the likely patent relating to Phelan-McDermid (if that is the Neurodevelopmental Disorder 1 patent) has a priority date of May 2021 and the patent relating to VP-001 (RP11) has a priority date of January 2022.
Add 20 years to the priority date to get a rough idea of when the patient might expire, but extensions to the date of expiration may apply.
Also, don't forget that these first 3 candidates should all qualify for orphan drug designation, which in itself confers 7 years market exclusivity following approval in the US and 10 years in the EU, irrespective of patent status.
