Actually they just nudged it into the clinic a few weeks ago sick of waiting I assume wanting to add some pressure & value from suitors as they were running over all the preclinical data once it was Phase 1 ready last year .
It was only 6 weeks into the small Phase I as at today when they moved in & one that was only forecast to cost $2M over the year so obviously played to the company's desired outcome of speeding things up & drawing a cracker deal.
