There were many Anns in the row before March, after that BOD strategically held down all company news for 2-3 months, bad move for themselves, retard thinking.

So the game is after offer voted down, with 50M shares in hands, it will be impossible for Pfizer to quit

a Raise price for offer 50-100% extra for another vote
b Within the rest of the 3 month non exclusive agreement promote RAP the best they can to find commercial value
c Start the delayed trail for Covid
d BOD will start contacting other deal and partner, positive Ann’s will be out of the jail

All of the above will appreciate our share worth and Pfizer’s 50M holding, however they just have to admit their naive 11.5C T/O and wish they had started from a investor surgery of T/O price instead of dealing with non commercial minded BOD

there are details in the TO announcement you need to read correctly to understand how that bid process works

Seriously doubt BOD is here to through SHs under the bus

if you have cared for and nurtured your Rap baby for that long, you simply don’t !!
