I think the first thing we would need to confirm is if it is indeed Freeman Holding (for eg not FIL selling some of their holding). Is there usually an announcement when significant holdings change like this (I thought there was)?

Now IF it is indeed Freeman, then we should raise this concern. The connection now that you've pointed it out seems too obvious. Even if everything was done 'above board', it warrants asking the question due to his connection to both RAP, Freeman and the timing of this.
