When BOD/Pfizer found independent expert included 3m Pfizer cash and Pfizer’s commercial/regulatory ability in the profit forecasts, they picked up the phone and asked how dare they value us over 11.5c LOL?

BOD: Cannot you date back to the day before announcement? Listen, if Pfizer not proceeding with the T/O the SP will go back to where it was and our shareholders will be hurt……
