My sources* suggest that Pfizer's plan is going "better than expected". The 'Scheme of Arrangement' was only ever a strategy put in place a cap on the share price while as much of the company as possible can be acquired. Pfizer never realistically thought the shareholders would part ways for 11.5c per share. However, there was no downside if that happened to be the case. Part of the original agreement is that Pfizer's representative replaces Chris Ntoumenopoulos on the board and buys Freeman Road's stake in the business. Although not really doing much over the past ten years, he still gets to brag to his mates he sold out to Pfizer for a five-bagger, yets fails to mention that it could've been a 50-bagger.
Apart from that, the finding of an independent valuer has been problematic. The original 'independent valuer' placed a value on the company at $10 billion, but was found to have a conflict of interest and was subsequently fired. Apparently, he was some kind of rocket and prestige car enthusiast with an unhealthy number of RAP shares. The next guy they found, at first, sounded ideal. He valued the company as worthless in his 'perception and IMO'. Although Pfizer was happy with the valuation, they found his presence severely depressing and sent him on his way. In the end, they just found some guy in a suit to say they thought that 30% was a reasonable premium, there is an inherent risk in a speculative company, so take the money and let me get one with my life. ResApp board figured the rationale was a bit simplistic, but as they have never missed a deadline, they opted to prioritize the deadline over common sense.
As for the booklet, the printing has been held up due to the print house prioritizing a small job of 7,000 letters by some Super Hero that goes by the name of The Terrible Tadpole. Apparently, the owner of the Print House is an anti-vaxxer, apparently related to Pilko, whose last comments were "Pfizer can go f@$% themselves". Due to shareholder requests, the booklet has been printed in extra soft tissue with an anti-rash die in order to limit any damage while utilizing the only value the rag has.
