over many years of reading the experts view of accepting the offer,they are always full of spin in favour of you taking up the offer price

the big question would be.

what has this board over many years done for the RAP share price apart from being in the doldrums,and failures,of the testing

we need better,than what this board has delivered a sell out an easy way out,or they have been offered a better deal????????? for themselves

so if the no votes succeeds a board change is surely needed
