The AGL chairman, CEO and some Directors have resigned because they realised they would not get the 75% needed for acceptance of their scheme.
The same situation is happening with Rap
Will Rap management do the same and employ an independent director to take the company into a different direction that shareholders are happy with.
With the upcoming No vote TK and BL have lost the confidence of SH and should step aside as they are not acting in our best interests.
They should be now be looking for someone that can fill this position or are they waiting for an EGM to be called.
It is absolutely weird that they are still speaking at events about the benefits of Rap - they want it sold
The SH run this company not the well paid directors and it is up to us SH to vent our frustration at an EGM
Directly after the No Vote we should organise the EGM and start now putting in place what to say and ask for.
