Some certainly have the luxury of having the knowledge of where s/h thoughts are. However having the finger on the pulse with that also comes the ability to manipulate the opposite way too.
Buying 50mil at 11-13c and dumping a few cents lower between the 10-13 range is certainly cheaper than coughing up an additional few 100mil.
Only another month or so of these types of movements to endure imo.
