I got another call today and getting a call back from the board later this week to answer any of my questions after I said I’d voted no.

Let me know anyone has any reasonable or legitimate questions. I’ll ask why I should vote yes given the lowball offer compared to independent valuation. I’m also keen to hear what their intentions are if a no vote succeeds. Also their thoughts on Pfizer increasing the offer and potential for any other suitors coming along.
