all no voters need to remind yourselves you are voting no as you believe that the offer is well below what the company could be worth going on its own successfully.
As it stands, right now - the company is worth between current offer and ~27c as per the valuations.
So unless you are a no voter who would accept 20 or 27c offers... you believe in the future value.
Not many here are open about where they truly stand. Is it no to 14.6c or is it no to ever selling the company?
