    Spoke to Phil from Georgeson (computershare) this morning, he stated that they where retained by Resapp to inform share holders about the increased offer to 20 cents.

    After I stated I voted No he inquired what price I was after, I told him I believe the top end of IE 27.9 and then a 33% premium for future lost earnings would take us to about 35 cents would be where i would consult the family otherwise i wouldn't bother.
