Doesn't matter, this will be the realistic price expected from Pfizer as they will be working of this IER valuation which they've done in the last few T/O increase so they've somewhat know the pps required to get the 75% majority yes vote and I think 30c will get this done....35-40c the better but they won't be offering $1 let alone 50c.
