    We have to consider both the upside and downside risks overall. Not everything in one basket. People have to understand the risks of voting No. If pfizer willing to increase the bid to the highest end of the IER before the meeting, then it is a win for everyone. Otherwise we still need to reconsider our vote on the day to limit our risk exposure.
