Not sure I agree with your sentiments regarding bMAKE's post being misleading. Thought it was a good update on the situation given that they're still very much doing call arounds.
While my vote is still a strong no to resolution 2, whether you vote yes or no it is in everyone's best interest to obtain the highest possible SP. For the yes voters, obvious reasons, for the no voters, the higher the SP is if/when the No vote gets up, the higher the floor will be if a capital raise is required moving forward.
Due to the time constraints before the voting closes next week and subsequent meeting, I think Pfizer will only have one more crack at a revised offer if they choose to do so. Encourage anyone still receiving calls to reinforce that this offer is still far from adequate.
