I have voted No on both. If first one doesn’t get through then it’s all over red rover. Why risk it. Why give any ammunition to try and go to the courts to o u verturn either- anything positive could be used potentially to bolster a case. “Look most people are in favour of 1 - so they are happy with a take over at the price - the results appear to be disengenious your honour”. Don’t take the risk in voting anything but No. These pricks will use every trick in the book so don’t give them anything at all pistons.
