    Yes very well written. If this is indeed a strategic move by the board it is brinkmanship the likes of which is very rarely seen. The BOD are either incredibly smart or incredibly stupid. Eith.er way it seems like a very dangerous gamble and not one that an experienced competant board would ever entertain. Hmmmm
