also, all this bullshit about arbitrage it’s pure bullshit this speak is used to create this fear factor that the arb guys may sell and it will crash the share price is absolute bullshit all what this is about is Pfizer wanting to save the extra 50 million and not to have to offer the higher price that’s what all this is about
