valuing rmr

Hi everyone. Just trying to put a value to RMR.We assume that it will all fall to Motzfeldt,ignoring all the OZ assets.If Motzfeldt is comparable to GGGs(which has a MC of over 200m & rising)we would expect RMR to appreciate significantly.WE get a hint from the aquisition agreement,where the vendors are expecting 50m,perhaps more,for the remaining 20%.RMR will have about 1b shares(including vendor shares,all option conversion & perhaps some CR).With some adding up I came up with a SP of 10c as a conservative figure.Obviously I could be dreaming,but looking at risk/reward, I accumulated a large holding yesterday.
