Bobyyy1,sorry for the delay.From my readings, Motzfeldt seems to be one of the largest REE deposits,though not confirmed.If we go back to the project aquisition,RMR is taking control of 51% for a mere 150k shares + 150k 3c options ( that is 4.5m at the current SP of about 3c,which is a steal) & the fact that RMR is keen to aquire the 2nd 14% ,which it is not obliged to do,means that the project is valued upwards of 70m. The vendors are looking for more than 50m for the last 20%,which values the project @ 250m.All the indicators point to a substantial resourse in the hands of a junior with tiny MC (undiluted) of 12m.I am still holding for an SP of 10c within a couple of months.Options seems to be better value.
