It's a great help ,the numbers i did where all over the place.
One other thing to add to that if i'm not wrong would be the value of the carbon credits ?
Makes for some nice numbers even at 0.1 %

As for the risk the concept has been proven by GYD ,mind you with $400 mil needed just for the infrustructure seems a little odd to me why you would go to all that effort .
But i love the fact that Torren gets to benefit from learning from GDYs mistakes .

Hence why i invest in Torrens .
