My take out was on P23 under threats : "Uncertainty with regards to patent protection and proprietary rights"
However - why would the 4 Pharma's do deals with them if patents weren't water tight?
It would be good to get greater visibility on their patent landscape and tenure. It is THE key to the value of the company if the technology works.
