CCC has stated in previous announcements that this was to be closed during Oct 2009. In the 2010 Financial Report they even disclosed that settlement will be completed by Mid March 2011 (see below) due to delay in regulatory approvals.
Due to CCC's low market cap, this makes Vanmag a Material Transaction, especially now when there is working capital issues. CCC has failed to inform the market of its current status, Peter Landau stated in the last AGM in Aug that this will be closed in 2 weeks if not there would be a PLAN B, Russians? I have asked for proof on numerous occasions and so has countless others, but have seen nothing in concrete. In my view something is not right....
Is that asset even worth US$10M now, that commodity prices have trended down in recent years?? If you do happen to find the proof do share it.
