rugiano, there is a point to HB's message. You dont constantly announce once thing and not follow through with it. this is money we relied on, this is money, along with other funds such as SIOC funds we though were ours, as in the holding company. Since we have found out that the holding company is the shell company where all the shit transfers to that nobody wants to deal with...Shit like Van-mag, debts, high wages etc etc. BBB, (and others) did you all know the SIOC funds are actually a loan to CCC? So for their $20m they actually lent CCC it in exchange for shares rather then a simple share subscription. Thats how i read it...again, is this not something very material that should have been announced to the market??
