macrae12 that's what the legal system & appeals etc are all about remember that 12 of his peers agreed he was guilty first time around, having been a part of a trial jury involving a serious crime myself (not a murder trial but a serious crime nontheless) i can tell you it is not easy for a jury of 12 people to all agree that someone is guilty
the prosecution failed this time because a key witness (his girlfriend) changed her testimony and now provided him with an alibi on the night of his wife's disappearance
she should now be charged with perjury and threatened with natural life in prison for attempting to pervert the course of justice, then we'll see how committed she it to her boyfriend
