Great week for AVL, best performing Vanadium stock and second best performing nickel stock - according to **promotion blocked**.com, +22.7% and turnover of $5M.
i don't believe any of the 3 nice announcements had a major effect on the large increase in volume and share price for the week.
The CHN MRE announcement on Tuesday containing promotion of the new "West Yilgarn Ni-Cu-PGE Province", describing it as ....."an exciting new province with the potential for several major nickel sulphide discoveries in the years ahead"... (p17 of CHN announcement ), probably bought our Coates project into the spotlight.
AVL have previously announced a drilling program for Q4 of 2021 for the Coates Ni-Cu PGE project. It would be an ideal time to announce drilling has begun.
My sentiment and position is technically incorrect as I don't hold AVL shares. I invested in AVL shares in May 2020, just after the Coates announcement, sold them in Jan 2021. On the 3rd of November I reinvested profits into AVLOA.
