so does that mean we can now just concentrate on multi billion dollar steel manufacturers???!!! The same ones who have next to no supply of vanadium and need to rebuild half the rust infected (if they're even still standing) buildings in the country after the government has finally made it LAW to include vanadium in Chinese steel?
