They have stated since their last small raise to Raubex (at a premium of 10c/share), that they are funded until FID. So I don't see the purpose of any CR until the FID is made and off-takes are sorted.
They are a patient management who have planned all their steps effectively so far. One might assume the funds for construction will be arranged simultaneously as Debt/Equity. They have everything in place to arrange the most effective deal. I don't think management want their stake diluted without proper reward and have stated as such.
