Management may hold off releasing the DFS for a short while, days or a week or so till the market steadies. I do not see they have any real obligation to release the DFS into a crap market which has over-reacted ( as always) . We have waited a long while for the DFS, whats another week or two in the hope of some rationality returning by then, at the very least some stabilizing. I dont think anyone would criticize management if they held off till the panic subsides
