I understand what you say but in practical terms how does this apply to a process ( the DFS development) that has taken many months to complete. At what point in a lengthy process is information considered sensitive and must therefore be disclosed. The answer is probably every single day that the process progresses and new data is inputted and its impact determined. Its not as though you reach the end of the DFS after all these months of work then decide you have a market sensitive "result" which must be disclosed immediately. Its a progressive process and its "market sensitive" at all stages of the work, but a disclosure cannot realistically be made at each step of this process. Its an interesting " grey area" question that is applicable right across all ASX stocks when a lengthy process is involved leading to an eventual outcome. Just throwing it out there. In any case, given the AUD collapse this past week and the interest rate environment globally they might hold off releasing the DFS in order to re-tune the DFS to incorporate this "new norm" which is likely to exist for years to come.
