    Looks like something similar to Sprott's "$SRUUF" in the US, who are stockpiling Uranium until Uranium prices are high enough to make it worth selling their physical stock. So, their idea is to accumulate Vanadium and start selling it once the price skyrockets.

    Please correct me if I'm wrong
