Just a bit of peer comparison..
AVL - MC $157m / NPV $883m = 18.8%
VR8 - MC $43.4m / NPV $1.4b = 3.1%
I can understand why some people think South Africa deserves a discount to WA, but surely even a 50% trading discount between AVL & VR8 would be overkill...
50% discount on AVL's MC/NPV = 9.9%
VR8 - 9.9% of $1.4b = $138m MC... AKA 28.6c share price..
That doesn't even take into account the 10% higher price AVL is using for the V price assumptions...
