Very nice analysis mate.
On that note, I've kept aside some significant funding once we go for a cap raise to meet any debt/equity fulfillment obligation to satisfy finance conditions (this is usually the case it the finance world).
At that point I would not be fussy about the share price and just buy-in at the max value for any SPP coming forth.
And before anyone thinks I'm talking about a regular cap raise, I'm not - this CR would necessarily be for satisfying funding requirements (the company has to have a minimum equity stake).
I have invested enough for now, which, if fruitful, will support my generations.
To invest even more, I would need a couple more boxes ticked in the finance area
