I like John’s sales strategy too. He’s talking confidently and having offtake and funding offers, it’s just a matter of them choosing the best one(s). To quote Bob Hope “A bank is a place that will lend you money if you can prove you don’t need it “ So he’s doing a good job of showing the attendees that they’re a low risk option that’s just looking for a better deal.
