It's probably a mix of markets not doing great, high interests rates, low VO5 prices at the moment, being in SA and not Australia,...
I dont think any of this will matter in the long run, just see this as opportunity to pick up more if you believe in the project. My guess is that once FID is published around the end of this year (if no delays) and things get in motion, the rerate will begin. Probably some spikes along the way when announcing offtakes etc...
