The only thing I can think off (and its a bit far fetched maybe) is that the Uranium price has been increasing a lot, and there are several Uranium project that also contain Vanadium so if some of there project come online it will increase Vanadium supply regardless of the Vanadium price.

Linked to that Nuclear power very much seems to be on a revival with the number of countries in support, expenditure in research and planned new projects all rapidly rising. That in combination with the more and more obvious short comings of wind and solar might start to impact the narrative of what future power looks like, and the need for grid scale battery storage (which won't be needed with Nuclear).
